Laparoscopic Managment Of Spontaneous Heterotopic Pregnancy : Case Report

چکیده
Heterotopik gebelik, eğer risk faktörleri öyküsü yoksa oldukça nadir görülen bir durumdur. En önemli faktörü geçirilmiş tubal cerrahidir. Spontan heterotopik gebelik insidansı 1/30.000 olarak bilinmektedir. gebeliklerin erken tanı ve tedavisi mortalite, morbidite gelecekteki fertilite açısından önem taşır.
 
 Adet rötarı kasık ağrısı şikayeti ile başvuran31 yaşındaki hastanın transvajinal ultrasonografisinde intrauterin sol adneksiyal alanda 8 haftalık gestasyonel keseler izlendi her iki fetusunda kalp atımı mevcuttu. Ektopik gebeliğin sonlandırılması devamı için hastaya laparoskopik salpenjektomi operasyonu yapıldı takibinde sorunsuz devam ederek sağlıklı bebek doğurtuldu.
 ne kadar ender durum olsa da gebeliği olan pelvik ağrı başvuran hastada ayırıcı tanıda yer almalı ekartasyonu mutlaka yapılmalıdır.
